Welcome to SS Design Co.! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any agreements entered into with our company. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. SERVICES
1.1 Scope of Work: SS Design Co. provides interior design services, including but not limited to space planning, custom furnishing, color and material selection, renovation consulting, and home staging.
1.2 Project Timeline: Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. SS Design Co. will provide an estimated completion date but does not guarantee exact deadlines due to unforeseen circumstances.
1.3 Client Cooperation: The client agrees to provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary access to complete the project efficiently. Delays due to client inaction may impact project timelines.

2. PRICING & PAYMENTS
2.1 Fee Structure: Service fees are outlined in project proposals or contracts. Pricing may vary depending on project requirements.
2.2 Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure project booking. The amount will be specified in the service agreement.
2.3 Payment Schedule: Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
2.4 Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. DESIGN OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 Concept Ownership: SS Design Co. retains ownership of all initial concepts and design ideas until final payment is received.
3.2 Client Usage Rights: Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use final design plans but may not resell or distribute them without written consent from SS Design Co.
3.3 Marketing Use: SS Design Co. reserves the right to photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. LIABILITY & LIMITATIONS
4.1 Service Liability: SS Design Co. is not liable for any damages, delays, or issues resulting from third-party vendors, contractors, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Material & Product Availability: Design selections may be subject to availability. If an item is discontinued or unavailable, SS Design Co. will provide suitable alternatives.
4.3 Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for the maintenance and care of any delivered design elements post-project completion.

5. TERMINATION
5.1 Mutual Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if obligations are not being met.
5.2 Breach of Contract: If a client fails to make payments or violates agreed-upon terms, SS Design Co. reserves the right to terminate services and seek compensation for work completed.
5.3 No Guarantee Clause: While SS Design Co. strives for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as design is subjective and influenced by client preferences.

6. GOVERNING LAW
6.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Kansas, US. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local jurisdictional laws.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
7.1 SS Design Co. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
